All orders that are shipped have an order tracking number.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Gems Pet Products is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Gems Pet Products is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  If you received your order damaged or your parcel was lost or stolen, please contact our support team directly within three days of receiving your items so that we can file a claim.  Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.  Failure to do so within three days will mean we're unable to issue a refund, credit or replacement.

 

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return.  We do not accept exchanges at this time.  You may return your purchase within 30 days of your original order.  Items being returned must be in their original condition and unopened.
